A state-of-the-art high rise building (18 storied). Project Cost : Rs. 146 Cr. 15 Firms have been short listed after pre-qualification BDA has been requested to allow “commercial land use” with FAR of 2.00 & allow for relaxation in Building height.
3	Knowledge Park, IT, SEZ & ITES at Gaudakasipur,Bhubaneswar I.T. Deptt. Estimated cost – Rs.35.67 Crore. Land Area : 251.55 acres (101.80 Ha) Land Status : Government land under transfer to IDCO 10 Firms have submitted EOIs. Process for SEZ notification and next stage of bidding process to be initiated after transfer of land.
4	SEZ-IT/ITES/BPO in Mancheswar Industrial Estate, Bhubaneswar I.T. Deptt. Estimated cost – Rs.352.03 Crore. Land Area : 27.131 acres (10.98 Ha) Land currently with IDCOL. Under the process of being transferred to IDCO Process for SEZ notification to be initiated after transfer of land
5	IT & Commercial Complex at Rourkela IDCO Estimated cost – Rs. 76.06 Crore Objective to provide quality built-up space for IT/ITES, Corporate offices, social infrastructure such as retail & shopping, entertainment & leisure etc About 3.5 lakh sft of built-up space over 3.47 acres of land in Civil Township Project to be developed in PPP format 5 Firms short-listed after open invitation RFP already issued to short-listed bidders for submission of technical and financial bids. Last date for submission is 30.4.2007 Final selection of the Developer on the basis of highest land premium
6	IT & Commercial Complex at Berhampur 4 Firms have been short-listed after open invitation Lease of land sanctioned by the Collector, Ganjam. Land located in green belt zone. Application for change in land use submitted. RFP to be issued after land related issues are sorted out.
7	SEZ IT/TES (Infocity) at Bhubaneswar I.T. Deptt. Estimated cost - 35.67 Crore. Total Land – 82 Ha. IT majors like WIPRO, TCS, MindTree, Genpact have agreed to be Anchor Tenant and Co-Developers. Project SPV to be formed after notification of SEZ.
8	Multi-product SEZ at Paradeep (Marshagahi Tahasil of Kendrapara) IDCO/ Industries Deptt. Estimated cost - 712.00 Crore. To be developed over 1093 Ha. land. In principle approval for SEZ obtained. Land details being worked out.
9	Biotech Park S&T Deptt./IDCO Cost : 100 Cr. 63.299 acres land in Andharua earmarked fro this project. RFQ received on 07.05.2007, technical bid evaluated, financial bid will be opened shortly.
